Good evening players and parents and thank you for a great first day of exciting tournament golf at Eagle Ridge GC. Please see below tee times and groups for tomorrow. As advised we will begin again at 12PM on Heritage Course and finish on Memorial Course.

At this halfway stage the only thing that HAS been decided is the fact that Claret Tour Scholarship Junior, Aiden Skrocki, won today’s nearest the pin competition hitting to just 6ft. Congratulations to Aiden who is also our tournament low scorer so far with a -1(70). In the Team Standings after Day 1 there is still lots to play for with Team 4 (Palmer, Robert and Avery) and Team 7 (David, Andrew and Dominick) sharing the lead on 147 strokes (best 2 of 3 scores count)

So, lots to play for tomorrow in both the individual and team categories. Player scores and team scores are shown below.

Thank you also to EVERY player for completing today’s 18 holes in 4 hours or less! It may seem like an odd thing to be shouting about but how many times are we frustrated as golfers when rounds take 5 hours or longer? Let’s keep our fingers crossed that tomorrow we can do the same, escape any impending bad weather and enjoy an exciting final day of play!
