We enjoyed another exciting day of Junior Golf at Glenview Champions in The Villages! Despite the cold start weather soon improved and we watched some excellent golf being played across all the age groups. Lowest posted scorer of the day with a -1(71) was one of our visiting international players from Somerset, England, Noah Jones. Despite not being eligible for the Claret Jug Prize we expect Noah will be keen to follow up today’s low score with another impressive round tomorrow.
In all of our age-based flights, and among those hoping to lift The Claret Jug Trophy tomorrow, there is still strong competition as you can see from the scores listed below. No individual player in ANY of the flights holds more than a 3 shot advantage going into tomorrow’s final round and THAT means it’s going to be exciting and at this stage impossible for us to call WHO will be crowned our TCL DeSantis Junior Champion tomorrow!
