Good evening everyone and thank you all for an exciting and challenging first day of play At Lopez Legacy Golf Club in The Villages. As we enter the final day of play there is still a great deal to play for in all of our age-based player groups.

At the top of the leaderboards sits Max Haines in our 16+ BOYS on an outstanding -1 (71), Summer Pilot heads the field in our 16+ GIRLS at +5(77), Carlie Stewart leads in the 13/15 GIRLS on +8(80), Will Somers heads up the 13/15 BOYS on +3 (75) and our youngest player in the field Blake Godfrey heads up our 12 and Under Mixed Flight at +5(77)

Well done everyone. We are at the halfway stage so remember NOTHING has been decided yet so whether you are challenging for a win or if your goal is to improve on today’s performance go out there tomorrow with a good attitude. have fun and give it your best shot! Good luck everyone we are proud of each of you for challenging yourself to be the best you can be in THE most demanding individual sport of them all!
