We have some exciting news and a development within Highlander Tour that we hope may be of interest to you.

We hope that many of you will already know of us as a fast growing and professionally managed Junior Golf Tour. We are committed to providing regular opportunities for junior golfers to play and develop by competing at great venues throughout Florida while keeping entry fees more affordable than every other “tour” out there!

In 2020 we hosted 40 tournament events and attracted more than 750 player entries. So far in 2021 we have hosted 21 tournament events and we are well in our way to attracting over 1000 player entries.

We are very proud of the facts listed above and we are always looking at additional ways we can help attract and keep more young golfers playing to their true potential.

At this time of year it’s noticeable that, at the top end of our age group of players, many of them are now graduating High School and understandably are moving on from our own, and many other, Junior Golf Tours.

As mentioned earlier, at Highlander we exist to offer ALL young players opportunities to develop through competition and we don’t feel there is any reason why we can’t continue to help those who value the benefit of continuing to compete alongside their peer group just because they’ve possibly graduated High School. Let me introduce you to:

The Highlander Alumni Tour 2021.

At our upcoming tournaments listed below we would like to offer all players who have reached the High School graduation threshold age the opportunity to join us at these events where you will have the opportunity to play with, and compete alongside, only other “alumni” players who meet the age based criteria.

Initially these events will be open to players with an upper maximum age limit of 21.

We intend to offer this exclusively senior player flight at each event we operate for the remainder of the 2021 season AND we will happily honor your existing HJT Player Membership ( if you have one) to ensure you can continue to save heavily on entry fees for each event.

The first 3 upcoming events are 18-hole stroke play events and are available to book now by clicking on the link below this message.

Sat 26th June @ Harbor Hills Country Club, Lady Lake, FL

Sat 3rd July @ Eagle Ridge GC, Summerfield, FL

We hope that this addition can be one that grows quickly and one that becomes established as a valuable opportunity for those amongst you who still have a desire to continue to compete and improve.

Your next step in golf may be as a college golfer, or maybe your aim is simply to continue playing as a lifelong recreation player, at the very best level you can achieve?

Whatever your future golf plans may be at Highlander Alumni Tour we aim to be here to provide you with the same great venue and professionally managed tournament opportunities we did when you were a Junior competing with us!

Thanks for allowing us to share this news with you. We hope to see you playing with us soon and here’s the link below for more venue info and to sign up.

Please feel free to help us get the word out to other “Senior” players by passing this message along to them.
