HJT at Red Tail GC – Player tee times, pairings and registration info.

Good evening everyone

We are very much looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow at Red Tail GC in Sorrento. Please see below for Individual tee times and player info.

On arrival please first arrange your cart rental at the ProShop ($20+ tax ) If you are playing with us for the first time please be aware that if you are old enough to produce a drivers licence you can rent a cart and use it during this competition. If you are with a parent your parent may rent a cart and you can ride with them during this competition. Caddies are allowed at all HJT events. We do ask that you abide by USGA caddie play rules and at all times be mindful of pace of play.

Our Golf Registration area tomorrow will be right alongside the practice area by the 1st tee. Please check in with Fiona at Golf Registration as we do need to confirm your attendance and advise of any changes to timings etc if there are any.

Range Balls will be provided for everyone. They will be available at the practice area.

We are looking forward to another great day of Junior Golf Competition at a venue that supports us and junior golf really well. Last time we visited Red Tail was in exceptional condition and we are expecting similar conditions tomorrow.

Please ensure you have our dedicated HJT golf app downloaded for scoring. The app has now been populated with all player info including pairings and tee times. No paper cards will be accepted following play and all scores must be downloaded into the app. If you need help with the app please ask Keith or Mark before you play.

As we all know our weather patterns right now can be a little changeable! Please come prepared in case we do get some rain. In the event of bad weather we will advise everyone to stop play and shelter. We do so by text service and we use the telephone number you registered the player with for this event. If you wish to check or change this number please advise Fiona at check in.

We respect CDC guidelines for golf and your safety is always our priority at these events. We will present medals tomorrow in the area set aside for this purpose just outside the ProShop . We will do these presentations as each flight completes to allow everyone the minimum of waiting around.

We ask that all players make their way to the 1st tee 10 minutes before your allocated tee time. We will give a short local rules and safety briefing to all players on the tee before play begins.
