Please note that you will receive your individual player tee times, pairings and player flight group information on the morning of Friday 2nd January. This is our normal procedure for distributing tee times information as we finalize tournament player as close as possible to the date the tournament begins. Please note we will forward this information to you by email and we will use the email address we have on file for you from the registration you completed to enter the tournament. If you are playing with us for the first time please note that occasionally our emails to you can end up in your spam or junk folders. If your email server allows it, please trust our email address in advance, info@claretjuniortour.com, as this will be the address used to communicate with you.

VERY IMPORTANT  – TOURNAMENT SCORING, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Official player scoring at ALL tournaments is only accepted when input, by each player, into our dedicated online scoring app following the conclusion of each hole. If you have not done so already please download the app named CJGT from your app store to your phone in advance of this tournament and ensure you have registered correctly. If downloading for the first time you must complete a one-time only simple registration. Please note you are registering as a JUNIOR GOLFER. If you are a parent or coach registering on behalf of your junior golfer please click on the correct option box when asked if you are a JUNIOR GOLFER or PARENT/SPECTATOR. Incorrectly registering your player will lock him/her out of tournament scoring and his/her score may not be counted for this tournament. The app looks like the example below.

Once registered you can then search for the tournament which, depending upon when you search, may or may not already be populated with players names. Tee times will show on Friday 6th June. When tee times are released to you it is important that you then check the app is showing your player name and tee time correctly and the HOME page of the app gives you access to scoring. The example below is how it will look. If you cannot see the “Score Round” featured you will NOT be able to score using the app and your tournament score may not be included. It is therefore extremely important that you contact us immediately to assist. If any player in the field has no phone let us know in advance please. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to resolve any app scoring issues on the day of tournament so please contact us in advance of that date! Most issues we deal with are as a result of incorrect registration and can be resolved quickly when you advise us in advance. If you don’t see the “Score Round” listed on the home page and you have registered as a Junior Golfer first check your log in details and email used are correct before contacting us.

IMPORTANT NOTE – PRACTICE ROUNDS

Contact the venue direct and advise you are a Junior Golfer playing in this tournament. Our main contact at the venue is Rocky Hodge (GM). We have secured a rate of $50 for play at anytime during each weekday this week. Book by calling (407)395-3591.

GIRLS 13/15 WHITE ADJUSTED TO 5690. PLAY WHITE TEES AND ALL PAR 5’s FROM RED TEES.

GIRLS 11/12 RED TEES @5200

GIRLS 10’s RED ADJUSTED to 4800. PLAY RED TEES and ALL Par 5’s WILL BE REDUCED TO 350 YDS. PLAY FROM FLAG MARKED AREA ON TOURNAMENT DAYS.

*Please note at most of our tournaments we are happy to accept requests from parents/players to compete from longer yardage than that allocated. Contact us in advance of tournament start date if you wish to play longer.

IMPORTANT NOTE – CART USE

At most of our hosted tournaments players are permitted to use golf carts which can only be driven by players aged 16 and above (you must hold a valid license) If cart used by younger players it MUST be driven by a valid license holder. At this venue carts have been included for your use. Unfortunately due to the number of players we have the venue cannot guarantee any additional carts will be available for spectators. If the venue do later advise they have any additional carts they will only be made available to spectators AFTER all players have been allocated their cart.

The use of carts is NOT mandatory. Players do still have the option of walking at this tournament. If you choose this option it is EXTREMELY important that the required pace of play is maintained at all times. We will monitor pace of play and if necessary, following two warnings, slow players will be penalized by additional penalty strokes or in extreme cases may have to miss a hole in order to regain their position on the golf course.
